[Between Proximity and the Remote] draws on and responds to a group of international artists restricted to meeting online until the exhibition’s installation.
Shaped by their experiences of developing their art-practice at-a-distance and within increasingly blurred boundaries between real virtual space and real live space, this project sets out to explore the paradoxical relationship between distance and proximity.
